Last Tuesday evening saw this months meeting of the High Peak Labour Group.
Various updates were made on pending/forthcoming meetings along with an
update for those present on some of the recent discussions at the group
leaders meeting.
Also raised were concerns over forthcoming plans which will most likely see
two local funding / regeneration partnerships (SSP/RAZ) covering the High
Peak been abolished with concerns that the needs / voice of our area may be
lost in the new arrangement's along with access to some sources of funding.
