to comment on a planning application which seeks according to planned to
amend in a fairly minor way the design of the properties for existing
approved application to build 4 houses on land between the rear of Cottage
Lane near the doctors surgery and houses on the estate in the Calow area.
The existing planning approval (HPK/2003/0117) which was approved in 2003
will still give planning permission for the building of 4 houses regardless
of what is decided about this new application. In fact the existing planning
permission runs until June 2008 before developers would need to seek
permission again if no building has taken place.
