councillor's surgery for this year taking place at the Gamesley Residents
Association Office on Winster Mews.
As well as looking for all the usual issues this month's surgery is
particularly looking for local residents view on the core strategy document
of the local development framework.
Now whilst this document sounds like an internal council report, it is
actually the central document within what is called the local development
framework which will take over from the current local plan in setting out
land use and development ideas for the High Peak until 2026.
The document covers 6 key areas, which are : housing, jobs, transport,
climate change, regeneration and building and landscape.
