No game for Gamesley’s reserves who’s tie was postponed, where as the first team may well have been left wishing there’s was too after losing 2 – 1 to Greenalls Padgate St Oswalds, who took the match with a goal from 15 yards out in the second minute of injury time.

Next week will see the first team at home to Crosfields/Rylands (kick off 3.00pm), with the first team no doubt hoping for a repeat of there performance earlier in the season when they beat Crosfields/Rylands 3 – 2. The reserves will also be hoping for a repeat performance of the earlier in the season home tie when they are away to Eagle Sport Reserves, who they have previously beat 2 – 1.

Gamesley Villa’s under 12’s beat Heyside JFC 4 – 3, the under 14’s got beat 2 – 0 at home to Chadderton JFC Reds, and the under 11’s romped home 7 – 1 away to AFC Oldham.

Next weekend sees the under 12’s away to Hyde United’s 12, the under 11’s at home to Chadderton Park 11’s (kick off 10.30 28/3/10) and the under 14’s away to Fog Lane Dynamos.
