Tenant Action Zone

Tuesday evening also saw a meeting of the North Area Tennant Action Zone,
which after the previous meeting on the centre I arrived slightly late to.

In terms of the meeting there seemed to be a bit of an atmosphere that I
couldn't quite put my finger on as to what it was, when I arrived along with
a number of the usual regulars not been in attendance and as a result of
this some of the reports back not been made.

Updates were given on the tenant voice meetings that are currently ongoing
in preparation for the Tenant Services Authority, along with updates on the
tenant funding budget, some of which has been returned to the neighbourhood
co-ordinators to carry out some local improvements.

A discussion took place around school holiday activities with a concern that
the current activities may not be covering all areas of Glossopdale enough
with some consideration been given as to whether some additional things can
be put in place in time for Easter.

Further discussions were held on how we can get more tenant involved in the
meetings and to that end, an invite will be made to have a general question
and answer session with either the chief executive of HPCH or there
operations director at the next meeting.
