announcements about those who are carrying out community service having to
wear orange vest's marked up 'Community Payback'.
The Mirror classes it as a 'vest of shame' but from feedback at a variety of
events on Community Safety this will be a step welcomed by local residents,
who wanted clearer clarity on when people been sentenced to community
service were carrying out there sentence.
However now that the scheme is actually been put into action I would be
interested in hearing any views on the newly implemented idea and any
suggestions on if there are any tasks or schemes that could be carried out
locally by people carrying out community service.
