), this week sees an official council press release welcoming the efforts of
the current owners of the Samas Roneo Site in tidying it up.
The press release continues noting that the site has been empty for some
time, and highlights the efforts of officers from the planning section in
getting the owners to tidy up without the need for the council to take
formal action against them.
There is however unfortunately at current no further news on future uses for
the building or the site which from passing it this morning will need
further attention in terms of additional boarding up shortly.
