Mixed fortunes for Gamesley with this weekend’s games with the first team managing a 1 – 1 draw at home to Greenalls Padgate St Oswalds. However the reserves didn’t fair quite as well falling 11 – 0 away to the reserve side of first team opponents Greenalls Padgate St Oswalds.
Hopefully the reserves will fair better this week with a home fixture on Wednesday evening (3rd September) against Denton Town Reserves (6.30pm kick off) followed by another home tie on Saturday (6th September) against Pilkington Reserves (kick off 3.00pm).
No mid week game for the first team this week who will have to wait until Saturday 6th September for their next game when they will face an away tie at Pilkington.
