The new houses will be advertised through the housing option system, and to
ensure the properties are offered to locals with a Gamesley connection, you
will need to be able to satisfy one of the following local criteria before
you can bid :
* Must be resident in Gamesley for a minimum of 1 year or have previously
lived there for 5 of the last 10 years.
* Must be employed (at least 20 hours per week) within Gamesley for the last
year
* Have an essential need to give/receive support from family (parents,
grandparents, brothers and sisters) who have been resident in Gamesley for 5
out of the last 10 years.
The exact 'bidding' dates etc are not yet known, but I would welcome any
comments on the 'local criteria' in the meantime.
