Officers from the council are currently in discussion with the agents acting for the owners of the former Samas Roneo Warehouse Site regarding there future plans.
Discussion are apparently reported to be at an early stage, and I have asked officers to find out what there plans are for tidying up the site whilst they decide what the future use will be.
No news yet on what the future use will be, or what there clean up plans are, but it dose sound encouraging that after several years of the site going to ruin, a future use is in the pipeline.
