from 11.00am until 3.00pm in the Geoffrey Allen Centre on Winster Mews.
A wide range of activities and displays on health issue's including diets,
alcohol, mental health and stopping smoking, will be on display with locals
able to meet amongst others experts from the Cottage Lane Surgery, Connect 4
life, adult education and the stop smoking team.
The event forms part of 'Managing your weight' - a national campaign running
from Monday 14th to Monday 28th January, and will give residents a chance to
get information and tips on a range of health issue's and living a happy and
healthy lifestyle.
