As part of there deliberations they will also consider a report detailing proposed bids to housing corporation for funds to build more affordable housing across the High Peak, unfortunately the suggested sites are in a 'part 2' confidential report so I can't comment on those.
I only hope that the lesson's have been learnt from the previous rounds of bidding and that consultation with 'potentially' effected residents will start early and not at the point once funding has been awarded and planning applications are going in.
