On Thursday 13th September from 6.30pm until 8.30pm there will be a meeting at the Learning Resource Centre of the Hadfield Site of Glossopdale Community College on Newshaw Lane to ‘hopefully’ get local residents involved in the review of the Polling Districts and Polling Stations within the area.
It may be that you voted earlier this year and thought that your polling station is in the wrong place or that you know of a better venue that is easier to access than the current polling station.
Either way the Council wants to hear your views so if you can, please come along to Thursday’s meeting, or if you would like more details on the current arrangements please contact the Electoral Services Office at Chinley (telephone 0845 129 7777).
