Refuse and recycling calendars

Most local residents will have recently received their new calendar showing the collection dates for the black bins, green bins and bags and boxes.

Unfortunately although the calendars have gone out during mid June, along with a leaflet advising that changes to your collection day are coming, the calendars don’t start until July, and miss out the end of the month and the first collection on Monday 2nd July of the boxes and bags.

From then onwards starting with the black bin on Thursday 5th July, followed by the green bin and boxes and bags on Thursday 12th July all refuse and recycling collections will take place on Thursday’s.
