Yesterday was this month’s councillor’s surgery where we were joined by Tom Levitt MP, a busy morning for all, with a full range of issue’s from problems with the buses, to housing, to the Mottram-Tintwistle by pass, land sales, anti social behaviour.
We also had a visit from representatives of Gamesley Villa FC, who amongst other things run a number of kid’s teams that play on the school field. They are currently working on fundraising to try and improve the current pitch so it is playable for the whole season, because at current it can be very waterlogged and unplayable.
