Village idiot or idiots is the only way to describe the person or person's that last night decided it would be a good idea to set fire to a pensioners bin in the Hollins Lane Bus Stop shelter.
Although as I understand it, there have been no injury’s to anyone on this occasions. The actions of the persons or person’s are highly dangerous, and in addition cause unnecessary work for both Council and HPCH staff in getting the area cleaned up and the bus shelter back in use, to say nothing of causing unnecessary concern to local residents.
Whoever this person or persons are, they are a danger to local residents and if you know who they are please let the Police know.
