Dennis Skinner the MP for Bolsover (also know at times as the beast of Bolsolver), was due to be the guest speaker at the first of Glossop Labour Club's centenary events, but due to ill health after arriving he was unable to speak.
In fact the health concerns were so severe that an ambulance was called for, but after quite a while in the ambulance Dennis was deemed fit enough to travel home, so hopefully the health concerns are not as severe, and Dennis will be well quite soon, and back to fighting fitness.
