Pub Watch – with a difference

With the news that the Centurion is looking for a new tenant and no news on when or if the Melandra will be reopening, we may well soon need a pub watch with a difference as in looking for problems with the empty buildings rather than the usual purpose.

Interestingly (at least in my view) whilst the pub are of a similar size there’s a big difference in the level of rent being asked for, with the Centurion being advertised at £12,500 a year and the Melandra being advertised at an estimated £21,500 a year.
