All council and High Peak Community Housing Offices will close at 1.00pm on
Christmas Eve and will then reopen fully on Monday 4th January.
Glossop Town Hall will however be open on the 29th/30th/31st between 9.00am and 4.30pm
For most enquiries you can contact the Council's Call Centre which will be open in between (29th / 30th / 31st) from 8.30am until 4.30pm and can be contacted on 0845 129 7777 or 01457 851600
For genuine emergencies during the Christmas period for either the Council
or HPCH, call 01663 752099
For Derbyshire County Council issues, such as gritting and snow clearing,
please call 08456 058 058.
For any police matters, which are none urgent, please call 0345 123 3333

Local Chemist’s – Christmas Day – the nearest chemists will be Moorland’s Pharmacy on Simmondley which will be open between 11.00am and 1.00pm
New Year’s Day – Mews Pharmacy on the shops at Winster Mews will be open between 11.00am and 1.00pm
