A friend on facebook flagged up this video which highlight's the story of university student Dennis Chenay been arrested for handing out condom's.
The student who is leader of a group that campaigns for improved sexual health education and access to better contraception was arrested during a freshers event at the Northern Kentucky University, following complaints over them giving out condoms.
