Not much to report in terms of football news for the first team with there games for the last few weeks been postponed, and the reserves having similar look, finally managing to play and unfortunately lose their third round tie in the Derbyshire Cup 4 – 1 against Hathersage on the 27th December.
Both teams will be hoping for better look this coming Saturday (10th January) when they resume league action with the first team having a local derby game at home against Stalybridge Celtic Reserves (kick off 2.15pm) with the reserves away to Garswood United Reserves.
