aimed at giving local residents a chance to air their concerns over
community safety.
The event which is one of a series of events taking place across the High
Peak will see the council and the police working together to encourage
locals to share their views directly with members of the community safety
team along with picking up hints and useful tips on crime prevention as part
of the council's safer High Peak Campaign.
The events elsewhere in the High Peak also include walk-abouts with the
'teams', however all the events are during the 'working day' in the week,
with no details as of yet if the events will be repeated in the evenings or
at weekends for those unavailable during the day.
