All council offices will be closed on the two days but the council's call
centre will be open from 8.00pm until 6.00pm with calls been fielded as best
as possible to deal with urgent queries during the time staff are on strike.

From the details sent to local councillors we have been advised Glossop
Leisure Centre and Swimming baths will remain open as normal, also bin
collections are still expected as normal - but this cannot be confirmed
until the days of the strike and if there is a problem, local residents will
be informed as soon as possible.
