over plans by BT to look into the removal of a number of payphones across
the High Peak.
The effected phone boxes will have a notice placed in them, and from the
list supplied to councillors there are 7 within the Glossopdale Area
potentially up for the chop (High Street East, The Green, Crowden, Marple
Road Glossop, Marple Road Charlesworth, Derbyshire Level)
Exact details on how you can respond to the consultation will be provided
shortly because under the rules for this process it is the Council's
responsibility to carry out consultation on the plans and let BT know the
results.
