Good news at last for Gamesley’s first team with a 3 – 0 win last Saturday away to Crossfields. The win was all the better given that Crossfields had beaten them 5 – 0 at home earlier in the season.
Last weeks game for the reserves was postponed, leaving them another match to catch up on before the end of the season.
This coming Saturday (22nd March) sees the first team away to Knutsford FC who beat them 2 – 0 earlier in the season with the reserves planned to be at home to Golborne Sports Reserves who they drew against earlier this season.
Tuesday 25th March sees a further fixture for the first team with a 7.30pm away kick off against Stalybridge Celtic Reserves who they drew against just after Christmas.
