residents and organisations that are working to organise the summers 40th
Anniversary Celebrations.
The event which will be taking place on Saturday 19th July, will see a
carnival style parade around the estate followed by a whole host of other
events on the shops along with events in the evenings in the Centurion and
Melandra Castle Pub's.
Further details on events taking place on the day and in the run up to the
event will be available shortly on www.40thanniversary.gamesley.org.uk
We are also looking to collect any photo's you may have of events, places or
people over the last 40 years on Gamesley, if you have any please drop them
off at the office, or if you have them online add them to
www.flickr.com/groups/gamesley
To get involved in any of the events or to add your suggestions for events
that should take place the day or during this year, please call in to the
GRA Office on Winster Mews.
