committee, which considered reports on data quality audit, internal audit,
who should recommend the appointment of the mayor and deputy mayor to the
council.
The meeting also considered a report on the appointment of next year's mayor
and deputy mayor, which will mostly likely be a member of the conservative
group and will be named / decided at the December council meeting.
A further report on the appointment of members and substitutes to restore it
to the system used previously along with consideration of a report on
outside bodies, which followed on from the concerns raised at the Council
meeting in September.
