Tuesday (11th September) evening see a meeting of the full council with topics under discussion including 2 recommendations from the executive, along with motions on the themes of congestion charging, and outside bodies.

Thursday (13th September) see a public meeting at the Hadfield site of Glossopdale Community College to look in the review of polling districts and polling stations.

Next Monday (17th September) sees a meeting of the Environment Select Committee which will amongst other items consider reports on refuse collection and recycling procurement, streetcare, public realm enforcement strategy.

The meeting will also consider a report on the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directive on disposal of electrical equipment. The impact of which could end up costing everyone a fair to dispose of electrical equipment depending on the option recommended by the select committee and then chosen by the executive.
