Constituency Meeting

Last Friday saw the last meeting of the High Peak Labour Party until after the summer holidays.

The main topic of discussion was Gordon Brown's recent Labour Party consultation paper on Extending and renewing party democracy.

A good discussion was had about the paper on not only invigorating the party's internal structures but also on looking at how better to improve the input of local people into the how the party makes policy for the future.
