Wednesday night saw this month's Glossopdale branch meeting. Amongst the various items discussed there was a discussion on the theme of trident renewal.
After a short but fairly unanimous discussion the branch agreed to support a motion from the Buxton branch opposing the renewal of trident. The motion covers a number of grounds ranging from it failing to meet the current security needs to it been a waste of resources that could be better used on a whole range of other uses.
